Hello volunteers!
February 27th to March 7th is National Engineering Month (NEM). As such, the Hi Skule Committee is once again hosting Designapolooza, an event where young students from Grades 3 to 8 get to spend the day at U of T Engineering, engaging in fun and interactive design activities! At this year's "Amusement Park" themed event, students will be participating in activities like designing their own roller coasters, building ferris wheels and much much more!
This year we are expecting 400 students to attend. Thus, Hi-Skule is looking for tons of enthusiastic volunteers who love working with youth to help lead and facilitate the students! Volunteers are needed from 10AM to 6PM on Saturday March 6th, and there will be a brief information session the week before. Also, food will be provided on the event day.
Come on out and show your Skule Spirit and help these young students have a fabulous experience at U of T Engineering.
