Submit an Event

By submitting events on Skule.ca, you can advertise in up to two ways at once:

  • A notice on the Engineering Society website at http://engsoc.skule.ca,
  • Distribution in the EngSoc massmails sent every Monday and Wednesday morning, and

To get started, just follow the four easy steps below.

  1. Create an account at http://engsoc.skule.ca/user/register. Your username must consist of both your first and last names, properly capitalized, e.g. 'John Smith'. You may only register with a valid ECF e-mail address, e.g. smithj@ecf.utoronto.ca.
  2. Sign in using your username and password at http://engsoc.skule.ca
  3. Click the "Submit an Event" button or go to http://engsoc.skule.ca/node/add/event.
  4. Fill out the event submission form and press Submit.

Your event posting will not appear on the front page until it has been approved by the VP Communications.

To ensure the security of your account, please log out after submitting events, especially if you are using a shared computer. To submit further events, simply log in again with the same username and password.

Any questions regarding account registration should be addressed to the Webmaster. Inquiries regarding pending approval of submitted events should be directed to the VP Communications.
